A Ltd. is having 40% shares in B Ltd.
Now B Ltd wants to enhance its capital by right issue.

but the co. don want to issue more shares to A Ltd.

and finally co. issue right shares but not to A Ltd

is it valid

plz give reason

what is ment by Preferential Allotment of Shares? How to Do the Pricing for Pref alotment?
Pleading of Share what does that Indicate?
How can Promoteres Bring the money received by pleadging share into the company?

I want to register a partnership firm in Mumbai. I am aleady having partnership deed ready. My query is:

- Do we need to apply for firm name registration first to know the availability of the name? Or directly we have to proceed with the registration?

- What amount of stamp paper is required for partnership deed?

- What all forms do I need to collect from registrar office? Can i get the forms online?
