I am staying as tenant in an independent house. I am asked by the landlord to do the following payments:
1) Rent of the electricity meter which is installed in the house
2) Pay the rwa/society charges
Is it the liability of the tenant to make the above payments?
Also, I would like to understand why is the deed made for eleven months and not one year?
Thanks.
I had given the power of attorney long time ago, that is in 1992. Since I was outside India, this was given. Later on in 1997 I came to India. during that tenure , my POI was used without my knowledge . Iwant to know whether is it valid. This was used for some registration of property.
