20 December 2009 As the issue had not been considered by the CIT in the proper perspective, matter remanded.

What do u mean by matter remanded & proper perspective because the this are the wordings found under the case laws many a times .

Explain witht the suitable examples please.

20 December 2009 It means certain matters which were not properly enquired at the time of framing assessment order and hence these matters are returned back to the concerned AO to inquire properly and send his report to CIT on those issues.
