24 December 2009 Is it mandatory to file 23B i.e intimation to registrar in case it is the first year of a company's incorporation?

Because the auditors are not appointed in AGM.

24 December 2009 e-Form 23B is for auditors appointed in AGM only.

While we upload form 23Ac and 23ACA, then even if we write no in column of whether the auditor was appointed in AGM, still due date of AGM is a mandatory field.
What should be written in a newly ncorporated company?

24 December 2009 Due date of AGM is mandatory in e-Form 20B and in e-Form 23AC. Find out the DUE DATE of AGM as per section 166(1) of The Companies Act ,1956 and fill in clause 5(b) and 6(b) of the respective forms.

5.(a) *Whether auditor has been appointed in the annual general meeting (AGM)

if First auditors/filling casual vacancy then fill no and AGM date not necessary but date of receipt of intimation is Must and attachment of appointment letter is must
