please let me know what is the check list to be seen before purchasing a property and after purchasing the same.

if any person who is resident outside india transfer the property to person resident outside india for less then 5 year , then he require to get RBI approvel for such transaction or no and what kind of transaction is it?

I want to registered my firm which was form in 1/06/2003 on Rs. 200/- stamp paper, when i present in sub registrar office, he told that make fresh deed on stamp paper because of 1/06/2003 stamp paper has expired.
1. Now my query is that can i file suit against any other company or people/ firm,form whom i have to take money back which is due on them.
2. Can sub registrar will register my firm on 01/06/2003 stamp paper or if i make new deed on 200/- stamp paper on current date i can mentioned effective date in of firm is 01/06/2003 in the fresh deed.

A Private ltd company received an amount of Rs. 7 Crores,in 2008 from the foreign investors as Share application money and not issued shares till date. Now the company wishes to repay the money to investors without interest, w
hat are the provisions take into account and what are procedures in it... ?

Is it possible to pay the above application money to another foreign party who authorized to receive by above foreign investor?

we filed "Form 2" for allotment of shares, now we need to change allotee address... what shall we do to change allottees adress? can i Re-file form 2" after change of alottee address for same allotment ? if i file Form 2 again for single allotment .....is MCA treat it as further allotment?please guide me..

I have filed form 1, 18 & 32 with all required attachment successfuly on 07.08.2012, but it still show as work assigned on track trabsaction status portal, why it take too much time. It is very urgent to register the company asap, what should i do for these.

A,B,C,D are individuals are willing to form a LLP by bringing their agricultural land(s) as capital contribution.

1. Can the LLP become the owner of these four pieces of land if the partners continue to hold the land in their name on behalf of LLP? If Yes then - is it necessary to pay stampduty on the basis of valuation declared as capital contribution by partners in the form agri. land?

2. Can the ltd. company become the partner of the LLP? if Yes then Can the other partners give power of attorny to this company or it's representative to sale/develop the agricultural land?
