I am new member of this Club and feel proud to be a member of this Club. I want to start a Consultancy Business as a sole proprietorship with initial capital of Rs.1 Lakh. Kindly suggest me the complete procedure to start a consultancy services with all legal obligations.

06 September 2012 I want to give consultancy for multi-services i.e. Education, Career, Insurance, Investment, Banking and finance etc..

If Services Exceed 9 Lacs in a Year, Then Register With Service Tax Department.
Nothing Else.

06 September 2012 But I am facing a problem that, Banks are not agreed to open an Current Account in name of our Business... they are demanding registration certificate of consultancy business from any of Government Authority. Kindly suggest what should I do to open a bank account fro my business. However, my annual turnover (including profit) from this business is not higher than 1.5 Lakh.

06 September 2012 Just Show Them Trade Licence Obtained from munciple Authority.

Your PAN Card.
Your Address Proff of Firm same as in Trade Licence.

They Will Open.
