Dear Sir/Madam, I am new member of this Club and feel proud to be a member of this Club. I want to start a Consultancy Business as a sole proprietorship with initial capital of Rs.1 Lakh. Kindly suggest me the complete procedure to start a consultancy services with all legal obligations.

But I am facing a problem that, Banks are not agreed to open an Current Account in name of our Business... they are demanding registration certificate of consultancy business from any of Government Authority. Kindly suggest what should I do to open a bank account fro my business. However, my annual turnover (including profit) from this business is not higher than 1.5 Lakh.

Can you advice me about where to get Trade Licence in Delhi and what are basic formalities and requirements for getting Trade License??
