Dear Members,

Our date of AGM is 29th of September and according to the provisions of Companies Act the bank Account should be opened within 5 Days from the Date of AGM. My query is, is the Date of AGM included in that 5 days. Please tell me the the last date of transferring the amount to the Bank Account.

I have a query with regard to filing of form 23B for previous Financial years.

My Question is filing of form 23B is mandatory and that is starting from FY 01.04.2011 or for previous financial years also?

If 23B filing is mandatory for previous FYs also then, if we enter Z99999999 in form 23AC is there any problem with that?

Dear all,
One of our employee leave job without giving intimation. he left the job on 15th july and send us his resignation letter after one week. he didnt complete his notice period of 2 months as per agreement. we have mentioned in agreement that if he leaves the job without intimation than he will have to pay 2 months total emoulment.Moreover his computer data is not in his system.we are unable to trace his working data in his computer. My question is can we take any criminal and legal action against him? and is our agreement legal as per Indian Contract Act because as per rule only basic salary can be recover from employee?
Please suggest me.
