Any body please gide me....

A client want to transferring all assets and liabilities from his father income tax file to his own income tax file after his father death.

Any format/legal language please provide me..

11 September 2012 Make a WILL of father and get it registered with the Sub Registrar.

13 September 2012 No specific format as such is suggested. I, ------ do hereby make my FINAL wil on this ../../.... All my earlier wills if any, stand cancelled. I have following property as on the date of this will.... I wish to distribute the same as detailed below....
