Dear all

my company engaged in contract works and therefore engages contract labour.

is there any requirement to take licence from labour departement if yes then under which law like separate licence requirement would is for ESI,EPF and Contract labour act or one single licence is sufficeient and under which law.

Sez act

As you know under sec.57 r/w Third Schedule of SEZ Act, 2005, a SEZ unit can claim stamp duty exemption.
For more clarity, I want to know whether a SEZ unit can claim stamp duty exemption for setting up its Registered office in DTA or outside SEZ area either on lease or purchase?
