We have filed 4 form to Roc i.e..20B.23B.23ACA.23AC...now as per new companies act which form we have to file and how they will file. Which form we have to file for appointment of auditor.

one of our client change its registered office fron one floor to another floor on the same building..change is only floor and room no..

my question is whether company need to file form 18 (new INC 22 as per CA 2013) or not...if yes kindly mention the relevant section or clause or Notification if any as per CA 1956 and CA 2013...

AGM of govermet company held on 25/11/2013.But statutory auditor did not file 23b of appointment due to non availability of 23B form.As per new companies act,company is required to file the details in GNL-2 by attachment of ADT-1 But company also did not file return then what procedure is required to follow & what is penalty? who born the penalty?

can any one tell me the process of appointment of auditor as per companies act 2013.

for the nov-2014 ipcc attempt only 53 sections are applicable right...so if a question comes not covering these sections,so
we have to write the answer w.r.t to companies act 1956 or such questions may not be asked??
