while i was uploading form MGT14 for disclosure of directors interst attching there with form MBP1 of the directors & also copy of the board resolution digital signature of professional was not needed but in that case the paid up capital of company was Rs 5 Lacs but when i was uploading another MGT 14 in which paid up capital was Rs 1 crore then DSC of professional was needed?
can any one help me is paid up capital the criteria for requirement of professional certifying the form?

In every Financial Year, a company contributes to a trust registered under the Indian Trust Act towards corpus of the Trust and to Schools belonging to a Section 25 Company . While the contribution to the Corpus of the Trust is contributed in adhoc amount, the donation to the School is made on per student per month basis.

I am working with a pvt. organization employing contract labour through various outsourced vendors.
My query is that how can we check whether contractor has deposited PF and ESI for our share as the challan which it gives, shows the consolidated amount of PF/ESI it has deposited combining for all employers it has supplied man power to.

As per law, principal employer is liable in case contractor is guilty of non compliance, short deduction/ deposition of PF/ESI.

Pls suggest how we can be sure that contractor is discharging its statutory liabilities fully.

I would also give an example, my contractor has given me salary sheet of his employed personnel showing amount of PF is Rs. 75000/-. Now he has submitted a challan of depositing PF for Rs. 600,000/-. How can I check whether he has paid our share(viz. Rs.75000) in full.

and further what is the process for the same??

when a entity to whom esic and pf is applicable , is when they make payment to contractor for renovate his unit and contractor himself is not payning esic to his labour , is a entity is liable to pay the esic ?
