A&B are two partner in Partnership firm with name as"Delight Infocom"That deed is not registered anywhere.but now there is dispute between them.Is it possible to start a proprietorship withsame name as"Delight Infocom". wheather other partner can take any legal action against him.

well without a registered, it is very difficult to establish rights....
