sir i hav prepared supplementary deed of partnership for increase in capital....do i need to register

Registration of firm is not mandatory in India. It is optional. But if u register it u can easily avail loans n other legal requirements.

There are certain limitations of unregistered Firm such as Unregistered firm can not file other than criminal law suit in court of law etc. So it is better to register a partnership.
