when i searching for a old files i saw 5000/ worth of unclaimed dividends which is related to Fy 2005-06.Is there any chance now to claim that dividends? If so,pls tell me what is the procedure for claiming that dividends. tanx in adv.

1. When do such debentures list on Stock Exchange
2.Can we sell it anytime after allotment once the debentures are listed (In this case, before 3yrs or 5yrs which are the maturity period of these debentures)

My query is regarding share transfer deeds,

1. If both the parties to transfer, belongs to same state Rajasthan & the company is also from Rajasthan, then

Que) Can Transfer deeds of any other state like Maharashtra be used to validate the share transfer?

2. For unlisted public ltd company as validity of transfer deed is two months, if deed dated 15th December, received to company on 10th February for share transfer and company hold meeting on 28th February to validate the same then

Que) Can it will be a treated as valid transfer of share?

Please clarify?
