Amendments in sebi act

Dear Sir,

I am CMA by qualification. I am pursuing a study on the Amendments happened in SEBI Act and what lead to those amendments.

I am looking out for a book or a site where I could get these information.

Can anyone help me in this direction.

Stock transfer to another firm

Sir actually i have open a new HUF firm and i am karta of my HUF, Further I have allready propreiter of another firm now i want close my proprietership firm and transfer all stock and capital into my HUF firm.
What procedure and provisons i should follow for do that.

Who owns bse? how does one buy stake in bse?

Long term/short term capital gain on shares

I purchased 10 shares of Reliance on 12/09/12 @ 900/- per share. I recd 10 bonus shares on 10/09/13. I sold the entire 20 shares @ 500/- per share on 11/01/2014. What will be the working of capital gain/loss ?
