I have heard that we can sell shares first and than purchase the same back. My question is that how could i sell when i dont have any share?
Suppose, i got share application money Rs 545.00, where as per share cost Rs 10.00, now my question is that is, I issue 50 nos of share to investor or asked them to pay Rs 5.00 more so that i can issue 51 nos of shares.
Mean, can i call further money from investor once i recd as share application money to round off nos. of shares.

Sir actually i have open a new HUF firm and i am karta of my HUF, Further I have allready propreiter of another firm now i want close my proprietership firm and transfer all stock and capital into my HUF firm.
What procedure and provisons i should follow for do that.
