15 April 2014 how to apply for ppf and details ..?can any one answer this plzz

15 April 2014 Obtain PPF account opening form from your nearest SBI Branch and submit the filled up form along with required documents and a cheque of the amount with which you want to open account.

I will advise you to have a Savings account in the same bank and get the online facility. This way you will be able to transfer funds to PPF account from your savings account easily, as and when required.

Documents for the PPF account are similar to the any other account in banks.

# A recent passport size photograph.
# Identity Proof copy with original to verify
# Address Proof copy with original to verify
# Account number of the saving account in respective bank
