Redemption of debenture and shares on death

My father recently expired . He was holding certain debentures and equity share in physical form . pl let me know how to redeem them or get it transferred . I also do not know whether he has registered any nominee.

20 April 2014 well redempton shall depend on the terms and conditions under which debentures were issued.

however, you can easily get the transmission done in your name. even if you don't have nomination in your name, as legal heirs you can this done.
