i have just cleared my ipcc(both grps) in may 2012,..i m ready for my articleship...after giving interviews,i have shortlisted 2 ca firms...in which i will like to do my articleship....bt the problem is that...one firm is giving stiphen of 3000 and other one is giving 1000..bt the firm offering thousand has good clients...what should i do...should i join the firm offering 3000 or the firm offering 1000 and have good clients...i m confused about this thing totaly...other quetion i want to ask is that..after passing ca finals...when i go for my interview...then whether the interviewer will ask me...which sort of work you have done in your articleship..like bank audit..tax audit...and whether i will be able to say the names of the bank like HDFC,icici etc...and if i say the names like HDFC,icici..etc then whether by saying this name can make a good impact on them or not,of mine...i mean to say that..does working in ca firm having good clients..will anyway help me 2 have advantage over others to get a job after passing my ca final?

Can a member of ICSI join the IPCC directly bcoz that is quite obvious that he had already cleared Executive Level of ICSI..? and is he require to join articleship just at the time of joining the course or he may join the articleship later on... and that is sure that a person can be member of only one Institute but is it require to surrender a CS his membership even at the time of joining artilceship or he is allowed to retain the membership till he clear his CA final exams and at the time of applying membership of CA... reply very urgent...

I cleared CA in Nov.11. Recently i came to know that CA can do M.Com from IGNOU with some exemption,but unable to get that announcement. I want to do M.Com,Please reply with the attached announcement or other file which will provide the detail if any.

I am going to join in listed company and in the last round of recuiting process they asked me about salary certificate and salary slip of at least 3 months and i am unable to produce his these two document.
.1.would u like to suggest me that what should i say or do...
.2.what is the HR policy of listed company they will not appoint any person without these document..

1. After Completing 2 yr of articleship, should i go for 9 months industrial training so that i'll be having 3 months for preparing for finals ?

2. During industrial training i'll be allowed to appear in my final exams and will they give me 2/3 month leave by extending my training ?

3. will me articleship be complete if i go for 2 yrs training & 9 month industrial training ?

i cleared PCC 2nd group in 7th attempt, now applying for 1 grp in nov 2012. I've completed my training and now working in a company on a salary of 15000 Rs.
In such a scenario should i drop CA and take up some other course. I am confused Please help...
