21 September 2012 I have jst cleared my CA-Final.
i want to pursue CFA-USA.

What are the procedures?? any exemptions for CA's????
Is it worth than doing CPA-USA????
please help....

21 September 2012 you have to register yourself at https://www.cfainstitute.org/pages/index.aspx
and enroll yourself in CFA level Exam and pay the requisite fees...detailed information is given in cfa website (as provided above) about eligibility, fees, schedule exams, exam centers, etc.
