Whether any one joined as credit manager in banks. If yes may I know the future in credit manager post. How will be the role of Wholesale credit manager.

If at all we leave banks in future then do we gets job in other sector.

Is there any CA in this group already a credit manager with experience in this field and his comments on this profile.

Sir I am working in a charitable trust doing various activities for poor relief. Iam an accounts Manager in Corporate office of the charitable trust since last 2years. Having a turnover of 1.5cr. Wheather I am eligible for article exemption for Icwai. Pl give the answer wheather eligible or not.

i have seen a CA who has signed the balance sheet without taking care of following deficiency and the fact is the organisation of which balance sheet is signed is running for 30 years...then what is the use of taking pain to follow the norms of revised schedule vi or companies act 13...

1. Secondary & higher education cess of excise duty is written as service tax in balance sheet.
2.Contingent liability is shown in the balance sheet.
3.Negative value of asset is shown in the fixed asset schedule..and this is done in the current financial year when schedule II was brought.
4.Profit from discontinuing operation is shown in the balance sheet while there is no discontinuing operation.(AS-24 voilation)
5.Trade payables includes sundry creditors as well as current liabilities.(Schedule III violation


Please tell me after seeing above mistakes dont you think that there is no need of following any rule....we can commit any mistake and if it is gets signed by a CA no harm to our business it can long survive...

Our ICAI should take pain to punish such CA this is the only reason that CAs just for the sake of money sign any balance sheet and deserving candidates are denied by the industries.....because they have no fear of being caught......shame on icai

I am a CA qualified in May 2013 attempt. Now can I attend the campus Interview. Previously I havery not attended campus Interview and I was working in CA firm.

Now can I attend campus Interview or is there any restrictions ?
Will I be allowed to attend campus interview ?

Please advice me in this regard.

I have qualify my CA in May 2015, i had taken my article ship from a proprietorship firm where i handle filing of returns of small companies and tax audit.
I want to learn statutory and internal audits.
But i don't have link with ca firms where i can learn all these things.
Whenever I contact them
they ask for prior experience in internal and statutory audits, which i don't have.

Please suggest friends how can learn all these.

Hi All, I am currently working as a Tax Analyst in one of the big four. I want to study CA, but I won't be able to do articleship as I am one only bread finder to my family and we all know what is the stipend we get in articleship. Will my work experience be considered as articleship? Is there any alternative for me to pursue CA? I know articleship is very crucial to CA, given my situation it would be great to know if there are any alternative.

I have completed my articleship. My form108 is duly signed by my principal and my online completion letter is also available. Now my principal warns to work under him as article.. Saying otherwise I complained to Institute that her a.ship is not completed...can any one say can my principle have right to do so??
Institute cancel completion of a.ship status after that???

when is the best time to attend training after Executive or after professional exam ? And is it advisable to take this training in MNC's or Practising Company Secretary ? Please do Advice

I am a student of CA-IPCC. I have also planned to persue CS-Executive along with CA-IPCC. I am also thinking of doing LLB after my CA.

I have a few queries regarding my choice of courses:


a) Is CA+CS a favourable combination in reference to job prospects?

b) What would my job profile be as a CA+CS?

c) What is the job profile of a CS+LLB?

d) CA+LLB is good and so is CS+LLB. So, will doing CA+CS+LLB be a good option?

e) What job would I get as a CA+CA+LLB?

f) How good is CA+CS+LLB for practice?

g) How much will my salary differ if I do only CA compared to CA+CS compared to CA+CS+LLB?

h) Should I do CA+CS+LLB or CA+CS+CIMA considering that I would like to work on the international scale or go to Australia?

i) What job will I get if I do CA+CS+CIMA? How much will my salary differ if I do CA+CS+LLB compared to CA+CS+CIMA on the international scale?

I'm going to attend my cma campus placement.
I'm student who qualified CA in my first attempt
And cleared cma final 1 St group in my 1st attempt and 2 nd group but for one subject in dat attempt.
I got it done in my third attempt
Frankly I got exemption in that particular paper in every exam of my professional studies except for cma 1st attempt
I know that attempts will be the criteria for short listing
I just want to know whether my other qualifications as ca 1st attempt also matters
As most of us know, even we presented at our best we can't get through exams some times
