21 September 2015 After becoming CA if someone wants to study further for example LLB or Mcom, Is he required to obtain permission of Icai or is he required to inform Icai or nothing is required second thing, can he become advisor of LIC ? If yes, then what to do : 1)take prior permission of Icai 2)just to inform Icai 3)nothing to do.

03 October 2015 if a ca is holding COP(certificate of practice) then restrictions apply, a cop holder CA cannot become LIC agent. but a CA member can become LIC agent no need to take permission from ICAI.
