Import epcg license

Dear Sir

Kindly let me know procedure to amend "Port of Registration" in EPCG License.
The port of Registration was wrongly entered as" Bangalore (INBLR05)" instead of "Bangalore Air Cargo (INBLR04)" during the time of filing of the on-line application.

Imported goods from usa

hello,
one of my client engaged in manufacturing of Oil field item and heavy capital item, imported some goods from USA and paid Custom duty, CVD.

whether client claim for Cenvat of CVD if
1): this imported Item is capital item
2): this item is other than consumable item

About import export code

I applied for the modification in IEC under DGFT... now It has modified...I want to ask whether it is required to get this IEC signed from the DGFT officials?

Advance licence

Our final product's buyer is holder of advance licence and is willing to give us invalidation letter to remove goods without excise duty. Can we proceed with removal without paying excise or are there any formalities required to be done at our end like obtaining any licence or permission from any authorities.
