Dear Sir
Kindly let me know procedure to amend "Port of Registration" in EPCG License.
The port of Registration was wrongly entered as" Bangalore (INBLR05)" instead of "Bangalore Air Cargo (INBLR04)" during the time of filing of the on-line application.

Refer to Para 5.05 of HAND BOOK PROCEDURE 2015-2020
"EPCG Authorisation shall be issued with a single port of registration as per paragraph 4.37 of HBP, for imports. However, exports can be made from any port specified in paragraph 4.37 of HBP."
IN view of above you are not admissible for the same.

Thank you for your quick response and the details concerned.
I am given to understand that Customs Authorities are unable to register our EPCG license on account of this issue.However we will approach them again.

Pls Note that Port of registration can not be amend as per current Foreign Trade Policy and Policy Procedures 2015-2020

Port of Registration cannot be amended.
I have visited DGFT Bangalore today. I have been asked to cancel the existing EPCG License and raise a fresh application immediately.

yes you can now surrender this licence as soon as possible and apply for a new Licence as you desired port ..
