I hv obtained IEC code as a merchant exporter. Thereafter, i have taken excise registration as a manufacturer. I hv also taken vat and cst registration.

What is the next step for exporting manufactured dutiable goods.

We have taken a land at Kandla Port on 30 yrs lease on BOT (BUILT OPERATE & TRANSFER)basis. Request you to guide, if are eligible for any exemption from CUSTOM DUTY on import of capital equipments and revenue materials for the purpose of construction & maintenance of the Berth at Kandla Port. If we purchase good from outside India i.e Import the goods and paid import duty on same.

After clearance from Custom house we get export order and we export the same goods outside India.

Then can we claim the refund of IMPORT duty which we had paid earlier.

Please explain and specified the section in which the above case pertain.

If we booked our goods for Export and get the B.E. from Custom Authority.

Unfortunately the Ship in which good are to be going is returned back without crossing the Custom Water then whether the goods treated as Exported goods ( Because B.E. is prepared )

Please explain and give any Case reference.

We are a micro industry. Recently started exports.
1. Our each consignment is around $ 6000
2. We receive money by TT to our EEFC account.

3. We do not claim any drawback or avail any scheme benefit

Do we have to report our realisation of payments to RBI or Customs?
Or are there any mandatory disclosures we have to make?
