we have taken iec no. as a merchant exporter and we have taken excise regn certificate as a manufacturer exporter.
We are a manufacturer intending to export all the finished products by loading the cargo in the container at the factory premise.
There are 2 questions
1) Whether we will have any problem in getting factory stuffing permission from customs?
2)If yes, what is the procedure for rectification in customs?
