we have taken iec no. as a merchant exporter and we have taken excise regn certificate as a manufacturer exporter.
We are a manufacturer intending to export all the finished products by loading the cargo in the container at the factory premise.
There are 2 questions
1) Whether we will have any problem in getting factory stuffing permission from customs?
2)If yes, what is the procedure for rectification in customs?

YOU HAVE REGISTERED IN EXCISE AS A (MANUFACTURE EXPORTER) AND MEMNTIONED IN IEC MERCHANT EXPORTER .
IT IS POSSIBLE PROBLEM IN CUSTOM AS A MERCHANT EXPORTER .
