We are a Pvt. Ltd. Co. place in Gandhidham - Kutch, and are on the verge of starting a new business of developing a berth at Kandla Port. We have taken a land at Kandla Port on 30 yrs lease on BOT (BUILT OPERATE & TRANSFER)basis. Request you to guide, if are eligible for any exemption from CUSTOM DUTY on import of capital equipments and revenue materials for the purpose of construction & maintenance of the Berth at Kandla Port. Kindly mention the relevant section / rules / notification.
