Duty Liability on Goods Clearacne made by 100% EOU to DTA

13 September 2010 Respected Sir,

I am coufusing on particular point on duty liability if the 100 %EOU has cleared the Imported Goods to DTA. i just didnt understand its technicality of duty calculation.

here i am giving a problem on whcih i am confusing

assessable value for Excise 90000
assessable value for Custom 100000
Basci Custom Duty 10%
Additional custom duty U/s 3(1) 14%
Additional Custom Duty U/s 3(5) 4%

Assume, the said goods is not liable to VAT in india

EC 2%
SHEC 1%

please help me out in calculation & determination of cenvat credit on such duty of said sum.

21 September 2010 AS PER GUIDELINES IN SEZ, ACT, 2005 , FOR DTA BY AN 100% EOU WILL BE EXECUTE BOND AND AFTER APPROVAL OF CONCERNED DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONER OF AUTHORITY WILL BE DTA.

THE EXPORTER WILL NO PAID ANY DUTY .
