Basically we are an exporter and we are received payment in foreign currency and we are transferred some US Dollar in EEFC A/c for Payment of Import Purchase than Ques is i have to book here Forex Gain or Loss ?
or What rate should be taken when i had transferred US Dollar in EEFC A/c or when i make a payment to Foreign Supplier where we make a import purchase

Is it possible to Import sample without IEC and custome form shenzhen , China. I want to import memory cards valued less then 5000 Rs.

We make Export of product worth USD10000. We made Invoice in USD and got Duty Drawback.

But we received payment in INR. Our client said that He in his country bought USD and got it converted to INR.

Our Bank received payment worth INR420000.

Now what to right on BRC i.e. Whether Export is in Indian Rupee or Freely Convertible Currency.

Secondally, will it be considered as Export as we got payment in INR.

If not what should be done. Shall we return Drawback or other steps what can be taken.
