i want to know that as per india korea FTA...if i am importing goods from korea . is custom tax free .
i want to import refrigeration tools & spare parts ...copper tubes for refrigeration .and if it is not free how many % of duty i have to be paid .

EOU is the manufacturer of the goods, merchant exporter is the exporter, container is sealed in Eou premises, consignee abroad, bill to India / ship to abroad,
payment received in foreign currency,tell me about the eou procedure.

Dear Sir I want to import cold rolled stainless steel sheet from China.
I have heard that most of the sizes, thickness and grades of cold rolled stainless sheet attracts anti-dumping duty and safeguard duty but still some of the grades, thickness and sizes of Cold Rolled stainless steel sheet doesn't attract anti-dumping duty imported from PR of China.
Can u pls let us know those specification such as Grades, Thickness & Size of Stainless Steel Sheet which does not attract anti-dumping duty at its importation from PR of China If possible pls also let us know their Tariff Code and relevant notifications .....??????

Dear Expert,

I import membrane which is part of my RO Plant to be supplied to my customer in Pune.
My factory is in Gujarat which is registered under excise act. Now, without receiving Membrane at my factory, if I dispatch it to pune from Mumbai port then can I take credit of custom duty & CVD paid while importing that material?
If yes, please give reference of any amendment / notification / section /judgment in support of your reply because my auditors insist to get material first at factory and then dispatch it to customer in pune. That will increase my transportation cost.

XYZ Ltd has Imported machinery and after receipt in India They Exported on Leasing Basis, after leasing period over co again imports it back to India and again export to some one else & so on.

Whetehr Co will be held liable for custome duty for each Import and Export of this machinery?

Kindly Help me to know tax Implications under Custome Act for Leasing Trasaction?
