Import export of capital goods

26 June 2013 XYZ Ltd has Imported machinery and after receipt in India They Exported on Leasing Basis, after leasing period over co again imports it back to India and again export to some one else & so on.

Whetehr Co will be held liable for custome duty for each Import and Export of this machinery?

Kindly Help me to know tax Implications under Custome Act for Leasing Trasaction?

27 June 2013 mujhe sirf ye pata karana he ki agar usne machinery import kiya aur fir leasing term pe Export kiya Say for 1 year and Leasing period pura hone pe firse import karke dusare country me export kiya, Toh for all this import export usko Custome duty lagegi kya?

In short I want Custome Implications of Above mentioned transaction.
