Antidumping duty on cold rolled stainless steel sheet

27 June 2013 Dear Sir I want to import cold rolled stainless steel sheet from China.
I have heard that most of the sizes, thickness and grades of cold rolled stainless sheet attracts anti-dumping duty and safeguard duty but still some of the grades, thickness and sizes of Cold Rolled stainless steel sheet doesn't attract anti-dumping duty imported from PR of China.
Can u pls let us know those specification such as Grades, Thickness & Size of Stainless Steel Sheet which does not attract anti-dumping duty at its importation from PR of China If possible pls also let us know their Tariff Code and relevant notifications .....??????
