25 June 2013 - E'ee of one of our client bought 1 laptop from Singapore with him while returning after completion of work but invoice of the same is issued on the name of Indian Co.(i.e. E'er)

- I wanted to know the procedure and consequences such as Custom duty or interest or penalty if any payable & payment of the Invoice issued on co's name.
