Whether NOC required for Audit Of PVT LIMITED Company ( Not Fall U/S 44 AB of Income Tax.)From the previous Auditor.

whether performance guarantee given by bank on behalf of client is to shown as contingent liabilities in notes to accounts.

can any1 tell me that whether to study auditing & it&sm through icai module or any other author's...for ipcc[group-2]...n his name

is it sufficient if a mail to previous auditor is sent asking him a NOC or should it be obtained by writing a letter to the previous auditor.

if the client gives the appointment, say 8 days prior to the due date of filing and till the date of filing the previous auditor has not responded to the NOC, what should be the next steps?
please help on this

When should a company have the internal auditor

Good Afternoon everybody, i am Ankur Jaitly, working with a partnership firm, as it has a depot in chennai. We are in the process of Auditing. So, there are some cash we had transferred towards branch. So, i want to know that in Branch balance sheet how this cash would be represent i.e seperately in Capital A/c or it can be merged in Branch/Division A/c. Please do the needful.

Whether opening balance of loan also required to be shown as loan accepted or not?
