Under CARO a registered is required to maintain u/s 301. So, What is that register & what are to be written in that register.

As per section 301, every company shall keep one or more registers containing particulars of all contracts or arrangements covered u/s 297 or 299.
Contents of register:
1) Date of contract or arrangement,
2) Names of the parties thereto,
3) Principal terms and conditions thereof,
4) Date on which the contract was placed before the Board,
5) Names of the directors who -
---voted in favour of the contract or arrangement;
---voted against the contract or arrangement;
---remained neutral.
6) In relation to each director, the names of the firms and bodies corporate of which general notice has been given by him u/s 299.
