I need guidance on how to develop a procedure of Internal Check and Internal Control for making payments to labour contractors on the basis of work performed by them i.e right from the stage of inviting tenders till the stage of full and final settlement. Plz. Help. If possible in the form of a flow chart.

A chartered accountant indebted to a company say in may Rs 2500 , then he repays the sum in september 5 th and gets appointed as auditor in 10 th september as stat auditor for YE 31.3.09
The fact that period of audit is from 1.4.08-31.3.09 and is indebted during the FY counts for disqualification
Also Term of auditor is from one AGM to the next . But audit is not conducted only from date of appointment or does it end after Fy .

Pl clarify whether auditor is disqualified
also tell me whether an auditor can be appoined retrospectively for the year begining

Is it necessary to resister the firm with ICAI for signing the tax audit report.in other words,Firm resistration NO.is necessary to sign the tax audit report. please help me.

one of my client is a manufacture (co.,) of UPS, and my auditor purchased UPS from them on reasonable value. And they r in servicing also and they provide services to our auditor, if any problem araises in UPS

my query is :

(a) whether my auditor is disqualified nor qualified under the above situation

and,

(b) whether qualification or disqualification will be applicable only for companies or other than companies also

kindly clear my doubt ASAP
