Please say how much cash loan can a proprietor borrow from Friend,relatives for his Business.is this loan ussecured.The Proprietor has not given any security.

THE COMPANY HAD BG (Rs.28 LAKHS) FROM ITS BUYER W.E.F 26-4-2007, WHICH IS EXPIRED ON 25-7-2010, SO.. IN AGREEMENT MENTIONED THAT ALL RIGHTS OF THE SELLER UNDER BG SHALL CEASE AND BANK SHALL BE RELEASED AND DISCHARGED FROM ALL LIABILITIES...

SO, THE COMPANY CAN ELIGIBLE TO DRAW SUCH AMOUNT IN THE DATE OF EXPIRY OR SHOULD HAVE TO GET RENEWED BG.

PLEASE ANSWER ME SOON..

I AM LITTLE CONFUSE, I WANT TO KNOW THAT MY MONTHLY BALANCE OF BANK BOOK IS NOT TALLY WITH THE BANK STATEMENTS BUT AT THE END OF THE 31ST MARCH IT IS TALLIED....

I have done numerous statutory audits but this is my first internal audit. So I dont know the extra steps which should be taken on every particular area.
However, I am doing internal audit of a leasing company for the period 1/4/10 to 30/9/10. So i need the checklist on how do i go on to verify the rental income for the same.
Also, this comapny has changed its accounting package on 1st July 2010. So, half the entries are in one package & half the entries in other package. So, i have to perform an internal control system audit as well. So, how do I proceed for this?? can i have the checklist for this as well??
