Please clarify your question further. From what i understand, yes an ex employee of a concern can be appointed as Auditor of that concern. NO problem with that.

As per Section 226(3) of The Companies Act, 1956, an employee or officer of the company will not be qualified to appoint as auditor of the same company.

But Ajay Ji here the query is for an Ex Employee. Sec 226(3) does not prohibit to appoint an ex employee as an auditor of the company.

as per notifications a ca should be an independent person for that is exemploy also been qualified or not
