In short:
1. In cash flow we analyse the total expenditure in 3 parts i.e Financing, investment and operating expenditure. Here we reconcile the balance of cash having in our hand.
2. In fund flow we do the total analysis of fund we received and its application of it.
Before preparing cash flow we have to prepare fund flow statement.
