I want to know is it mandatory for every company to conduct Statutory Audit and for every company having turnover exceeding Rs 60 lacs to have tax audit

and what are the Auditor's reports under both audit

Can an individual CA holding COP eligible to get BANK AUDITS?.
Is it mandatory to have two or more CA'S in the firm to get BANK AUDITS?.

we have taken opening balances of cash & bank bal. from last yr. It is an educational institution. and we have checked all the ledgers and cash book and JV also.. but we couldn't find any error. there is still a difference of some rs.66000 in the trial balance.. what could be the possible reason. reply as soon as possible. urgent

Kindly note that it is required for his to show this transactions as per AS 18.
