Difference in trial balance.

we have taken opening balances of cash & bank bal. from last yr. It is an educational institution. and we have checked all the ledgers and cash book and JV also.. but we couldn't find any error. there is still a difference of some rs.66000 in the trial balance.. what could be the possible reason. reply as soon as possible. urgent

sir....can any one help me for this case..ABC is Some private ltd Company.Mr X is the auditor of abc pvt ltd.in which Mrs X WAS one of the director.my Doubt is , is mr x can sign on the balance sheet of abc pvt ltd...

Not disclosure of related party transaction in audit report

Hello,

Please let me know what should i mention in the Audit Report if client does not provide us details of his related parties & transactions with them.

Kindly note that it is required for his to show this transactions as per AS 18.

Guide me regarding presentation of non compliance of AS 18 in Audit Report .

Cash vouching

sir,
is there any mandatory rule that the date entered in cash voucher should match with the date entered in tally regarding that voucher entry??

i mean in the voucher i was given date was on 21.6.12 but in books of accounts in tally date is on 25-6-12?
please clarify can it be like that.?
