Is 40a(3) applies for advance

HELLO, I am in a tax audit of a private company, this company had paid more than 20000 as ADVANCE for travelling to foreign in foreign currency, than this 40a(3) applies?? and also advance is not an expense, so can you please help me

Is mking membrs by tking money & pying them 2 make mmbr ryt?

If a company wants to do business of taking money to make members and organizing quiz for the members and pay them for the correct answers.

Along with this, the company pays the members commission for further making members and continue the membership tree?

Is doing this business valid and if it is what should be the objects mentioned in the MOA?

Balance sheet

Sir/Ma'am,

In the balance sheet of listed company, where results are already published previous year sales figure had been wrongly linked resulting in different figures appearing at face of balance sheet and notes to accounts.
