Co act v/s ca act 1949

as per ca act 1949..in code of ethics a ca can give management consultancy service..but in co act 2013 as per sec 141(3) he will be disqualified ..so these both are different or same???for ca final nov 2014 how one should give answer

Partnership firm dissolution

Sir,
I have a client as partnership firm.
Such partnership firm's constitution is changed on 01/04/2013 as a proprietorship concern on same name.
At the time of Changing Constitution of partnership firm,Its Balance Sheet contain TDS and VAT in Assets side.
Now Interest on TDS refund has arised during the period 01/04/2013 to 31/03/2014 who pay tax on such interest either Partnership firm or New Proprietor?
The Partnership Deed says that all assets and liabilities whether old or new transferred to New Proprietor?

44ab cases - wealth tax return

Dear Sir,
Is it mandatory to file Wealth Tax Return for all 44AB Cases or only for those whose wealth is 30 lacs or above please clarify in detail i am confused

The extended due date only for furnishing of Audit Reports or filing of income tax return. What is due date for filing of Income Tax returns for 44AB Cases.

i requesting u sir pls give the information about Tax Audit u/s 44AB Returns filling last date and for Audit Reports lasst date for AY 2014-15
