i requesting u sir pls give the information about Tax Audit u/s 44AB Returns filling last date and for Audit Reports lasst date for AY 2014-15

28 August 2014 On 20.08.2014, CBDT issued an order under Section 119 of the Income Tax Act, 1961, by which it extended the due date for obtaining and furnishing tax audit report u/s 44AB from 30/09/2014 to 30/11/2014 for AY 2014-15.

30 August 2014 What about Returns uploading date for 44 AB Cases - AY 2014-15. Actual due date is on 30.09.2014 but is it extended along with Report uploding date ie 30.11.2014

30 August 2014 Due Date of filing Income Tax Return as of now remains 30.09.2014. Income Tax Return filing due date has nit been extended.
