In my view opt for Surabhi Bansal. You must also complete Practice Manual and RTP.

Please take note that there are changes in CA Final Auditing paper. Chapter X - Audit and Auditors of Companies Act 2013 has been specifically included for CA Final Auditing paper. See the ICAI notification from below link--
