Will i get mark if i write section only and not subsection. i.e. section 139 instead of 139(8)

One of the company which i m handling has made default in taking loan from other than directors though it is repaid during the year so where should i need to report the same in auditor s report as Caro is not applicable in company for which i m asking.

I got 30 marks in Audit in my first attempt in May 14, then I bought Pankaj Garg and got 40 marks. How do i improve my marks further? Should i change my reference book now (1.5 months before exam) to Paduka's? For SAs part, I like to language used in Pankaj Garg. For ethics I refer V.K. Aggarwal as I find that more comprehensive.

i set up a new pharmacy tablets distribution company.i started it in nov 2014 my turnover up to march is 100000 rs.for such a small turnover also shall i appoint a auditor and get my books audited.as i have to file my itr before july 30.do i need to take chartered accountant audit sign on my balance sheet and p and l and upload it?or normally is my signature as director is sufficient.as it is not even eligible for tax audit?
