Dear Expert ,

If we are remove the Excisable goods and accident of that material in trasit withouth reach at customer end partly material damage in that condition what to do about duty charge?How to take reverse?

Carifivation required on hsd and ldo

As per Input definiation under rule 2(k) of cenvat credit rules High speed diesel oil, light diesel oil and motor sprit commonly know as pertrol is not covered under Input Definition.
Means Noraml Diesel used in DG set for geenration of electricity for manuafcturing of excisable goods should be covered under Input Definition. pl clarify

Whether Excise duty charged on repair of Capital goods should also be taken as 50% for current year and balance in next year.

Purchase return excise duty goods

Cenvat credit utilization

Dear frnds and experts, Can we claim the cenvat inputs that took place before the excise registration ?

one of our friend is engaged in the buseness of trading he had one excise number subsiquantly he has chged his office hence he applied for amendment in registration certificate hence excise department issued another registration number and asked for surrender older one but by mistake he has surrendered new one and he does not know about the fact that he has surrender new certificate and he issued invoice with new registration code now excise department asked for excise duty which he has passed from the date of surrender of new certificate till the date my question is how he can avoide this liabilities

Passed on centvat credit

Sir,

We are registered dealer. We have purchase Aluminum Extrusion ( semi finished goods) from manufacture with Central Excise Duty. For final finished goods, the same is to be given to contractor for processed having no excise registration. Now we have to sell these finished goods along with Central excise duty charged by 1st manufacturer to us.

Is it possible to passed on the same cenvat to buyer ?

Please guide us.

Excise exemption limited

what is the excise exemption limited in manufacturing unit when two item manufacturer 1 exempted item and 2 exercisable item.
