Dear sir,
what is the excise exemption limited in manufacturing unit when two item manufacturer 1 exempted item and 2 exercisable item.

For the SSI exemption only manufacturing of taxable goods will be count. SSI exemption is 1.5cr.

but sir i think if one item taxable and one exempted than limited is 4 cr

upto the 1.5cr no need to registered with excise and no need to pay duty.

ok sir but i want to know that taxable item turnover is 1.2 cr and exempted item turnover is 3.0 cr total turnover is 4.2 cr. than what is rule applicable.
