02 January 2014 Sir,

We are registered dealer. We have purchase Aluminum Extrusion ( semi finished goods) from manufacture with Central Excise Duty. For final finished goods, the same is to be given to contractor for processed having no excise registration. Now we have to sell these finished goods along with Central excise duty charged by 1st manufacturer to us.

Is it possible to passed on the same cenvat to buyer ?

Please guide us.

02 January 2014 Registered trader cannot do manufacturing activity on the goods. Trader can only pass the duty and removed as such goods.
