Hey Everyone, I completed my articles in Jan 2012 but till date i have to go to principal's office as he is not signing form 108, my final exams are nearing. He says as there are no other articles u have to come.He is telling if i sign u will not come after exams.He didnot pay me stipend and the attendance register which was maintained was removed by him few months back. I have a copy of final examination form in which he certified that i'm serving my six months of the articles. what is the other alternative through which i can get it signed.Plz help me out

i recently heard that any student who has passed his/her b.com 1st year with marks equal to or more than 60% can give the IPCE without even giving cpt after 12th.Is there any provision such as this?...I think one needs to be graduated in order to give IPCE without giving cpt...please answer my query

hello everyone,

my MRN is 145209. when i check in the icai site it is showing as active and full time COP.

however firm name is not displayed. when i typed the firm name that i had mentioned in the application one of the name "A A SINGH & CO. is displayed."

how can i confirm that above firm name has been registered in my name. also can i certify any documents, issue letterheads in my individual name till the firm name is confirmed.

I had applied for COP on 30.01.2012 I got my membership no but till yet i have not received my firm regn no and approved firm name. I contacted CA institiute decentralised office they told the FRN will get from head office delhi. how to trace the status of the same and to whom i contact please tell me ?
