We have a company in Bangalore, which is registered for Profession Tax. In April 2012, we started a branch in Kochi. Is it necessary to register for PT in Kochi also. We may mention that all the employees are in rolls of the Bangalore Head office. Please let us know, if we are required o register in Kochi also?

I am a newly qualified as CA applied for membership & Cop Two months before but i have
received the acknowldgement, but not yet recived the hard copy certificate of practice but in CA institute website i got membership No.& my employment status as a full time practice, by using this am i eligible to Practice as a CA

I completed CA final exam at 19th of my age. So i couldnt get membership, coz as per Section 8 of CA act 1949, A person is disqualified for being a member of ICAI who is below age of 21.

Now I want to pursue for ICAI`s certification course for IFRS, Acquisition & merger, but for this Membership is required.
So plz guide me..Is there anyway by which i can pursue for Such Certification Courses of ICAI, without waiting 2 years for geting Membership...

plz tell me,, i am a ca final student.and if i have registered for articleship and ca fianl course on 30april2012..then when my ca final attempt will be due? is it on nov2014 or not?
and i have got the study material for ca final..and on those books it has been printed that it is relevant for may 2012 and nov 2012 and assessment year 2012-13, so whether it is new set of books?
